Domestic extraction
Process is everything.
Anyone can make an extract. Making it right, in America, with nothing synthetic, is the harder path, and the only one we take.
- Made in America
- DCM-free process
- Independently tested
- Lot-coded & traceable
Our process
Four steps. No shortcuts.
How an extract is made is what sets it apart. Every step is deliberate.
- 01
Leaf sourcing & intake
Sourced from established suppliers and lot-numbered at intake.
- 02
Domestic, DCM-free extraction
Produced in our US facility without DCM or harsh solvents.
- 03
Independent lab testing
Every lot independently lab tested, published as COAs.
- 04
Sealed, lot-coded packaging
Sealed and lot-coded so every package traces to its COA.
- Third-party lab tested
- DCM-free extraction
- Made in the USA
- Lot-level traceability
Who we are
A kratom extraction lab, built in Tampa.
MitraGen Labs is a domestic kratom extraction lab based in Tampa, Florida. We develop and produce multiple extractions in-house, so the standard is set by us, start to finish.
We built the company on a simple idea: how something is made is what makes it worth trusting. That means owning the process, showing our work, and never reaching for the shortcut.

The MitraGen difference
Do it right the first time. Build it to last.
Work that way and you never have to redo it or change course. While much of the kratom industry is in upheaval, our process keeps running and we keep turning out inventory at scale.
The process is our IP. Every piece of equipment is designed and fabricated in house, developed specifically for the way we make product. Our processes are built in house to make better products.
We do quality at scale. That is the MitraGen difference.
Know what you are buying
How to judge an extraction lab.
Most people never see how their extract is made. Here is what separates a real lab from a label. We built MitraGen to meet every one.
Domestic extraction
Know where and how it is made. A real lab will tell you where it operates.
A DCM-free process
Harsh solvents like dichloromethane have no place in a modern extraction.
Naturally occurring, not 7-OH
The leaf's own alkaloids, standardized per lot. Never synthetic, and never a concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) product.
A COA for every lot
Not one sample. Every lot, tested by an independent laboratory.
Full traceability
Every product should have a full COC all the way back to its leaf.
Nothing hidden
Results, methods, and origin should be easy to find, not buried.
Quality
Tested. Every lot.
Every lot we release is tested by an independent laboratory for alkaloid content, residual solvents, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. Look up any lot number and read the full certificate of analysis.

Straight answers.
- Where is MitraGen?
- MitraGen is a domestic extraction lab headquartered in Tampa, Florida. We develop and produce our extractions in-house in the United States, start to finish.
- What is the MitraGen+ formula?
- Every MitraGen product is finished with the MitraGen+ formula, standardized per lot from the naturally occurring alkaloids in Mitragyna speciosa leaf.
- Is every lot tested?
- Yes. Every finished lot is tested by an independent laboratory for alkaloid content, residual solvents, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. Each certificate of analysis is published on our lab results page.
- Do you use DCM or other harsh solvents?
- No. Our extraction process does not use dichloromethane (DCM) or similar harsh solvents.
- Does MitraGen use synthetic alkaloids or 7-OH?
- No. Our extract is made from the leaf's naturally occurring alkaloids, standardized per lot. We never add synthetic or chemically converted alkaloids, and we do not make concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) products, MGM or Pseudoindoxyl.
- How do I look up a product's lab results?
- Every package is lot-coded. Enter the lot number on our lab results page to view that lot's full certificate of analysis.

Speciociliatine vs Mitragynine: The Difference That Actually Matters
Speciociliatine and mitragynine are diastereomers of Mitragyna speciosa: the same molecular formula, a different three-dimensional shape. Here is what actually separates them, and why telling them apart is an analytical problem, not a marketing one.
